Job summary

NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer to join our Professional Services team.

You will lead the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow/Nuvolo implementation, applying best practices and delivering reliable solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, presenting client-facing deliverables, and developing within the ServiceNow/Nuvolo environment, while collaborating with Product Designers to refine designs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification.
• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and systems.
• Prepare and present client-facing and internal technology deliverables.
• Serve as the ServiceNow application developer implementing solution design using best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Designer to provide ServiceNow/Nuvolo design support.
• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow/Nuvolo environment incl. apps, forms, workflows, interfaces, and configurations.
• Perform hands-on technical development; conduct unit testing for assigned stories.
• Design, develop, and update custom solutions using Nuvolo.
• Create and use update sets to move customer configuration between environments.
