Capital i is seeking a Sr. Nuvolo Developer/System Administrator in Gaithersburg, MD for a proposal-based role.

The candidate will design, develop, and maintain asset lifecycle, space and facilities management solutions on ServiceNow Nuvolo, including backend development and platform administration to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with organizational needs. This role requires deep JavaScript/HTML/CSS expertise, Nuvolo experience, and ability to work on complex integrations with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development and implementation.
• Direct hands-on experience implementing or configuring the Nuvolo platform.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern Web development frameworks.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS or CSA designation is highly preferred.
• Candidates must possess, or be able to obtain, acceptable identification for federal facility access.

Responsibilities

• Platform Development: Customize and maintain Nuvolo on ServiceNow using JavaScript/GlideScript.
• System Integration: Develop APIs and integrate Nuvolo with external tools via REST/SOAP.
• Workflow Configuration: Build service catalog items, incident management, and maintenance modules.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct tests, analyze requirements, and document configurations.
• Data Management: Assist with data migration, load assets, and maintain metrics.
• Provide federal access documentation readiness for start date.
