Job summary

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer to lead configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow/Nuvolo implementation within our Professional Services team. The role requires fluency in ServiceNow and Nuvolo design and development principles.

Based in the US, this full-time remote position involves collaborating with clients and product designers, implementing solutions, and validating changes across environments using update sets and best practices.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred).
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and systems.
• Prepare and present client-facing and internal technology deliverables.
• Implement solution design using best practices in ServiceNow/Nuvolo.
• Collaborate with Product Designer for design support.
• Design and develop solutions within ServiceNow/Nuvolo with new or modified configurations.
• Perform hands-on development work and unit testing for assigned stories.
• Create and update custom Nuvolo solutions.
• Use update sets to move configurations between environments.
