NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow/Nuvolo Developer to join our Professional Services team.
The role leads configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow/Nuvolo implementation, requiring fluency in ServiceNow and Nuvolo design principles. The candidate will serve as the senior developer implementing solutions, integrating, and ensuring alignment with client processes and architectural standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/related field or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist Certification required.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification required.
- Completed Nuvolo training with space management experience for at least one customer.
- Minimum seven years of professional experience.
- Minimum two years of direct ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum one year of Nuvolo platform experience or IWMS-like solution.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, development, security and data management.
- Ability to design solutions matching architectural standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, development, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow/Nuvolo implementation.
- Develop and integrate JavaScript server/client code for workflows and interfaces.
- Design, develop, and update custom Nuvolo solutions aligned with client processes.
- Create and manage update sets to move configurations across environments.
- Provide advanced support by troubleshooting complex software issues and bug fixes.
- Analyze and document business processes and systems; present deliverables to clients.

The successful candidate will serve as the key technical resource leading the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow/Nuvolo implementation. The successful candidate will serve as the key technical resource leading the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow/Nuvolo implementation. The successful candidate will have fluency in ServiceNow and Nuvolo design and development principles.
- Prepare and present client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related
- Serve as the Senior ServiceNow application developer responsible for implementing solution design using best practices
- Overall responsibility for analyzing and documenting business processes and systems
- Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow/Nuvolo environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support client processes
- Perform hands-on technical development work based on assigned user stories; conduct unit testing for each story assigned.
- Develop JavaScript server/client code as needed for integration
- Design, develop, and update custom solutions using Nuvolo
- Create and use update sets to move customer configuration between environments
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow//Nuvolo by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis
- BS/BA in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Management preferred)
- ServiceNow Application Developer and/or Implementation Specialist Certification
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification
- Completed Nuvolo training and have implemented Nuvolo space management for at least one customer
- Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Minimum of one (1) year of direct experience with Nuvolo platform or other similar IWMS solution
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow administration and development, security, data management, and integrations
- Demonstrated experience developing solutions consistent with architectural standards and ServiceNow best practices
- Must be eligible to meet government eligibility requirements
- Three (3) years of experience with core JavaScript development
- Two (2) years of experience with web technologies such as DHTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, HTTP
- Two (2) years of experience with Server-side technologies such as Rino, Jelly
- Three (3) years of Database technologies such as JDBC, SQL, MySQL, Oracle
- Three (3) years of experience working with Nuvolo platform
- Previous experience configuring and customizing all aspect of ServiceNow - UI Actions, UI Policy, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Include Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Scripted Web Services, Rest and SOAP web services, Roles / Groups to name a few
- Understanding and experience related to advanced ServiceNow development, including the following:
- Browser events, best practices in JavaScript coding, style sheets, jQuery
- The Glide Stack, Jelly scripts along with SN extensions, server-side JavaScript
- Database relationships, views, query definition, before/after business rules

At NetImpact Strategies, we post salary ranges in compliance with the specific labor laws and regulations of each county and state, ensuring transparency and fairness in our hiring practices. This approach reflects our commitment to adhering to legal requirements and promoting equitable pay standards across all regions where we operate. The posted salary range for this role is $106,000-140,000. The posted salary range is not an exact indication of the actual compensation offered and is instead a range of what NetImpact, in good faith, could compensate at the lowest and most high end of the salary market. In general, NetImpact may not pay the top of the salary range. Compensations are determined by several mitigating factors including skillset, experience, trainings, location, and other factors including benefits packages.
