Job summary

Nüvitek is seeking a Lead Consultant, ServiceNow to join our remote-enabled team. You will collaborate with developers and engineers to modernize applications using low-code approaches, and you will optimize ServiceNow deployments across multiple domains.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong integration skills, and leadership capabilities. The role requires excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment while delivering client value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional ServiceNow project implementations.
• Experience in multiple offerings: ITBM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITSM, SP (Domain Separation).
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and data models (XML, JSON, CSV).
• Strong integrations experience: SOAP, REST, SSO, SAML, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC, API development.

Responsibilities

• Envision, design, and implement features on the ServiceNow low-code platform from backlog items.
• Lead and mentor teams during ServiceNow deployments in an Agile setting.
• Build service requests, workflows, and data flows from customer requirements.
• Perform unit tests and peer reviews of code.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and client sprint demos.
• Contribute to architecture discussions for digital solutions and accelerators.
