Qualifications

Experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining ITSM modules in ServiceNow.
Strong command of ITIL and hands-on troubleshooting in secure environments.
Ability to integrate ITSM with CMDB relationships and service context.
Proven collaboration with government stakeholders and Agile teams.
TS/SCI clearance and DoD-compliant security practices.
Certification in ServiceNow CSA or ITSM and DoD certifications.

Responsibilities

Administer ServiceNow platform, including patching, upgrades, and instance management.
Configure core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CI and CMDB.
Develop scripts and automation using ServiceNow tooling and orchestration.
Build reports and dashboards for operational visibility and CSI.
Manage RBAC, authentication, and access in DoD environments.
Collaborate with government stakeholders to document processes and improvements.
Provide training and mentorship to junior admins and end users.
