Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Senior ServiceNow Systems Administrator to support mission-critical ITSM deployments in secure federal environments. You will administer ServiceNow, build workflows, and lead configurations across Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog while upholding DoD practices.

You will mentor junior admins, participate in Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with government stakeholders to improve service delivery and automation across ITSM platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in information technology with ITSM experience.
• Strong command of ITIL best practices and ServiceNow ITSM.
• Hands-on troubleshooting in secure, air-gapped DoD environments.
• Build workflows and automation with Flow Designer and scripting.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow-based solutions to meet business needs.
• Administer, patch, upgrade, and monitor ServiceNow instances.
• Configure core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog.
• Design, test, and deploy forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop dashboards and reports for operational visibility.
• Ensure RBAC and secure authentication across ITSM apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior admins.
