Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing with web technologies (JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS).
• Experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and development methods.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementation and integration for ITSM and Software Asset Management (SAM) in a government-hosted DevSecOps environment.
• Experience with API development, including REST architectures.
• Experience developing and executing extract, transform, load (ETL) processes to import data into ServiceNow.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Develop low-code/no-code solutions and manage platforms from vision to production.
• Translate client IT needs into architectural patterns, design standards and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to automate and accelerate cloud modernization while reducing maintenance costs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and translate requirements into actionable plans.
