Job summary

IT Depot LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer – ITSM / Integration Lead to design, develop, and sustain enterprise ServiceNow solutions for Navy workflows at Naval Base San Diego. The role requires hands-on development, integration expertise, and collaboration with Navy stakeholders in an on-site, full-time capacity.

Ideal candidates will have CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications, ITSM experience, and knowledge of security controls (IAM, SSO, RBAC).

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Active CSA, CAD, and CIS certifications.
IAT Level II or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
Active Top Secret clearance eligibility to access Naval Base San Diego.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and sustain ServiceNow solutions for Navy workflows.
Lead ITSM and integration development, including Service Catalog and automation.
Develop and support REST and SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Configure MID Servers and related integration components.
Support SSO, IAM, RBAC, CAC, MFA, and security controls.
Translate requirements into user stories and technical solutions; produce documentation.
