Job summary

Sonsoft, Inc. is seeking a seasoned ITIL/ServiceNow professional to drive enterprise service management initiatives. You will implement ITIL/ITSM processes on the ServiceNow platform, develop SNOW applications, and integrate systems via REST APIs for global customers.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT, 2+ years with ServiceNow, and strong UI/HTML/CSS/XMI skills, with Unix/Linux scripting familiarity. This is a full-time position requiring US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience implementing ITIL and ITSM
• 2+ years experience with ServiceNow
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development, UI/HTML5/XML/CSS
• RDBMS experience: Oracle/MySQL/MSSQL
• Familiar with Unix/Linux and shell scripting
• ITIL v3 intermediate or administration cert
• Experience with multi-vendor environments and global customers

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITIL/ITSM processes on ServiceNow
