Job summary

RAPS Consulting Inc seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience, ITSM/ITIL focus.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and incident/problem/change management familiarity.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Service Portal, and update management.
• CMDB data/CI relationships experience; production support exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for the ITSM module and resolve platform issues.
• Translate requirements into technical designs using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes.
• Build/maintain integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, LDAP/SSO.
• Support ITIL-aligned processes and ITIL-compliant configuration.
• Participate in release management and environment migrations.
