Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design and build scalable ITOM solutions, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB integrations. You will lead technical design sessions, implement custom patterns, and automate ITOM processes across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow development focusing on ITOM and CMDB.
• Experience with ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
• Strong collaboration across ITSM, security, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ITOM and Service Mapping solutions.
• Develop custom discovery patterns and CMDB integrations.
• Maintain CMDB health and CI lifecycle management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with Azure, AWS, and GCP via MID servers and APIs.
• Create scripts, workflows, and automation to support ITOM processes.
• Lead design sessions and architectural decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams for testing and deployments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and designs.
