Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a ServiceNow ITAM specialist in San Francisco to design, develop, test, and maintain HAM and SAM solutions while aligning with SDLC and DevOps practices.

You will integrate ServiceNow with CMDB and Discovery, build automated workflows, mentor teammates, and participate in platform modernization. Five to six years of experience and CSA/CAD certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Five to six years of relevant experience.
• ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HAM and SAM within ServiceNow.
• Configure asset lifecycle processes: procurement, deployment, inventory, compliance, retirement.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow, CMDB, Discovery, procurement systems, and asset platforms.
• Build automated workflows to improve asset governance and remediation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enterprise asset controls.
• Support license optimization, audits, true-ups, and risk reduction.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and performance.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and deployments.
• Lead design reviews, mentor teammates and drive platform modernization.
