Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Senior Manager to lead transformation programs and deliver technology-driven change for major clients. The role focuses on managing engagements, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships while guiding both technical and non-technical teams.

You will develop roadmaps for ITAM/CMDB/ITOM, oversee design, configuration, testing, and deployment, and mentor large multidisciplinary teams including offshore consultants. Flexibility for travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant ServiceNow implementation experience.
• 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, preferably at Senior Manager or Director level.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum 2 of the following certifications: Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations.
• Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills, including executive communication and relationship building.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, and manage engagement economics effectively.
• Lead client process design sessions and requirements workshops.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
• Shape AI-enabled asset management roadmaps and drive value realization.
