Job summary

Windward Consulting is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR) Business Process Consultant to lead successful implementations for government and commercial clients.

You will gather requirements, design processes, and collaborate with developers and architects to align solutions with industry best practices. Strong client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of business analysis experience, with strong ServiceNow exposure.
• Experience facilitating requirements via workshops and interviews in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with IRM and VR modules in ServiceNow and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Conduct workshops and process-mapping to capture current and future workflows.
• Translate requirements into platform configurations, workflows, and automation with developers.
