Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow IRM Lead in Atlanta, GA. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to design and implement robust IRM capabilities within ServiceNow, focusing on risk management, controls, assessments, issues, and related workflows.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and guide solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support while communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years of IT experience including enterprise apps or consulting.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
Minimum 3+ years implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC in enterprise environments.
Minimum 3+ years designing risk, control and governance workflows in ServiceNow.
Minimum 2+ years with standard IRM data models and workflows.
Minimum 3+ years gathering requirements with business stakeholders.
Minimum 3+ years of Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI etc in ServiceNow.
Minimum 2+ years mentoring ServiceNow engineers and setting standards.
Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into ServiceNow IRM solutions.
Lead design, configuration, development, and implementation of IRM capabilities.
Configure and extend out-of-the-box Risk and Controls in ServiceNow.
Design data models, workflows, notifications, dashboards, and reports.
Provide technical leadership and conduct design/code reviews.
Partner with teams through requirements, testing, deployment and support.
Document designs and communicate technical concepts clearly.
