Job summary

iShare Inc is seeking a ServiceNow IRM Consultant to join our remote team in the United States. You will deliver IRM solutions, configure GRC workflows, and help clients strengthen risk and compliance programs on the ServiceNow platform.

The role requires hands-on experience with IRM/GRC modules, scripting, and stakeholder collaboration. This is a client-facing, consultative position offering remote work and opportunities to shape risk management implementations.

Qualifications

Proven experience implementing ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules in consulting or enterprise environments.
Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance preferred.
Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, or COBIT.
Proficiency in scripting, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Experience with risk assessments, audit management, and policy compliance processes.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM modules for clients
Gather and analyze business requirements to design GRC and risk management solutions
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, policies, and controls within the IRM framework
Collaborate with stakeholders to map risk and compliance processes to ServiceNow capabilities
Provide technical guidance and best practices on ServiceNow IRM, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management
Support testing, UAT, and deployment of ServiceNow IRM solutions
Deliver end-user training and create documentation for implemented solutions
