Job summary

Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow IRM Senior Developer in Chicago, IL. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions, working across Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management while mentoring junior developers.

You will participate in architecture governance, present technical designs, and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable ServiceNow platforms. Strong integration experience and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• 6+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience
• Strong JS and ServiceNow scripting experience
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Familiarity with SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR frameworks
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions
• Lead technical solution design and prepare HLD/LLD documentation
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across IRM initiatives
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and GRC, security, and enterprise platforms using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub
• Conduct code reviews and establish ServiceNow development standards
