Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC seeks a Technical Lead, Application Support to oversee the configuration and support of the ServiceNow HRSD application within the HR Technology team. You will provide advanced technical, analytical and consultative support delivering HR processes.

Responsibilities include mentoring the team, coordinating with vendors, designing changes, ensuring data integrity, and documenting configurations to meet business requirements and downstream integrations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Willingness to mentor and guide teammates.

Responsibilities

• Review open cases and troubleshoot or escalate as needed.
• Mentor team members and share expert knowledge.
• Consult on configuration changes and document final specs.
• Analyze impact of configurations on HR service delivery and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity through import/export and reporting.
• Lead design of solutions for current and future business needs.
• Document all configurations.
