You will drive product strategy, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure high-quality deployments across regions. A strong background in ServiceNow and data-driven decision making is essential for success.

Qualifications

8+ years with ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge Management.
5+ years configuring ServiceNow capabilities in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
5+ years generating reports for analysis and data auditing.
3+ years owning a digital product or enterprise platform with roadmap ownership.
2+ years working with AI-enabled features in ServiceNow, including AI Search and generative AI use cases.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to support HRSD functional areas and roadmaps, including colleague portal and HR Knowledge Management.
Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product with business leaders.
Maintain deliverables list and timelines; communicate progress to stakeholders.
Ensure delivered product meets business needs and objectives.
Deliver enhancements, project requests and fixes with scalable solutions.
Gather requirements, optimize processes, perform fit-gap analysis, design configurations and test.
