CVS Health is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge expert to join our HR Colleague Experience Team. You will drive the product roadmap, partner with HR and IT, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across HR services and knowledge management.

The role requires deep expertise, strong collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, while ensuring timely delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Knowledge Management.
• 5+ years' hands-on development configuring ServiceNow capabilities in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
• 5+ years' experience generating reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 3+ years owning a digital product or enterprise platform with roadmap accountability.
• 2+ years with AI-enabled capabilities in ServiceNow (AI Search, virtual agent, predictive intelligence).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support HRSD roadmap and knowledge management.
• Develop vision and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time delivery of enhancements and defects with scalable solutions.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design and test.
• Lead data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
