Job summary
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge expert to join our HR Colleague Experience Team. You will support HR business operations by delivering scalable technology solutions and shaping the product roadmap for HR shared services.
The role requires collaboration with business and technical partners, deep ServiceNow expertise, analytical rigor, and the ability to drive enhancements, documentation, and mentoring within a global enterprise.
Qualifications
- 8+ years with ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge Management.
- 5+ years configuring ServiceNow in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
- 3+ years owning a digital product or enterprise platform roadmap and outcomes.
- 2+ years with AI-enabled capabilities within ServiceNow (AI Search, automation).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to support HRSD functional areas and roadmap.
- Develop vision and roadmap for the Product and HR shared services.
- Deliver timely enhancements, requests and defects with scalable solutions.
- Gather requirements, perform process optimization and create documentation.
- Lead data analysis and reporting to support decision making.
