Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge expert to join the HR Colleague Experience Team. You will lead the HRSD product roadmap, align with HR stakeholders, and drive scalable technology solutions across Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and service delivery.

The role requires strong functional and technical expertise, collaboration with technical partners, and a focus on delivering business value and data-driven insights to improve HR

Qualifications

• 8+ years with ServiceNow applications including HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Knowledge Management.
• 5+ years developing configurations for service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
• 5+ years generating reports for analysis and data requests.
• 3+ years owning a digital product or enterprise platform with roadmap ownership.
• 2+ years working with AI-enabled capabilities within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical partners to support HRSD areas and roadmap.
• Develop vision and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
• Maintain deliverables list with timelines and progress updates.
• Ensure delivered product meets business needs and objectives.
• Deliver enhancements, requests, and defects with scalable solutions.
• Gather requirements, optimize processes, perform fit-gap analysis, document designs.
• Engage cross-functional partners to maintain delivery transparency.
• Evaluate ServiceNow capabilities through research and testing.
