Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge Management expert to join our HR Colleague Experience Team. You will drive product strategy, collaborate with partners, and deliver scalable technology solutions for HR services used by colleagues across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes roadmap ownership, data analytics, and continuous improvement of HR knowledge content and portal experiences.

Qualifications

8+ years with ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Knowledge Management.
5+ years configuring ServiceNow capabilities in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
5+ years generating reports for analysis, data auditing and supporting requests from various business teams.
3+ years owning a digital product or enterprise platform, with accountability for roadmap, prioritization, and outcomes.
2+ years working with AI-enabled capabilities within ServiceNow, including AI Search, virtual agent, predictive intelligence, automation, and emerging generative AI use cases.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical partners to support the HRSD functional areas and roadmap, including colleague portal and HR Knowledge Management.
Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product.
Maintain clear and up to date list of key deliverables and timelines, develop plans to achieve those targets and proactively communicate progress to a variety of stakeholders.
Ensure that the delivered product meets or exceeds the business' needs and business objectives.
Responsible for timely delivery of enhancements, project requests and defects, with optimal and scalable solutions.
Gather requirements, business process optimization, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration and testing.
