Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an experienced ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Knowledge Management expert to join our HR Colleague Experience Team. You will drive product strategy, coordinate with HR stakeholders, and deliver scalable technology solutions across regions.

You'll collaborate with business and technical partners, maintain roadmaps, and provide analytics to inform decisions while ensuring compliance and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD, Employee Center Pro, and Knowledge Management.
• 5+ years configuring ServiceNow capabilities in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
• 5+ years generating reports for analysis and data auditing.
• 3+ years owning a digital product or enterprise platform with roadmap ownership.
• 2+ years working with AI-enabled capabilities in ServiceNow (AI Search, agents, predictive intelligence).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to support HRSD functional areas and roadmap.
• Develop vision, goals and roadmap for the Product.
• Deliver enhancements and defects with scalable solutions.
• Gather requirements, design, configure, test; document stages.
• Provide data-driven insights and analytics to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and communicate progress.
