Job summary

iTech AG invites a senior ServiceNow FSM Practice Lead to establish and run a Field Service Management practice within our Solutions organization. You will serve as the principal solution architect on the Intelas Next Gen CMMS program and own FSM technical direction across iTech AG’s portfolio.

This role blends hands-on platform work with mentoring, architecture governance, and business development leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience, incl. 5+ years in architect/technical lead role.
• 4+ years architecting/leading FSM implementations end-to-end across multiple engagements.
• Proven experience delivering FSM end-to-end with integrations across FSM, EAM/CMDB, CSM/Service Portal, and related modules.
• Strong pre-sales, solution shaping, and staffing estimation capabilities.
• Executive-level communication for solution architecture and roadmap trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own FSM technical standards, reference architectures, and design patterns across iTech FSM engagements.
• Provide architectural QA and delivery oversight: design reviews, health checks, and risk escalation.
• Develop reusable assets: accelerators, integration patterns, and delivery playbooks.
• Lead FSM in business development pursuits: shape solutions, workshops, staffing, and proposals.
• Define configuration standards and ensure alignment with Intelas CMMS/EC.
