Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking an experienced Software Engineer SME to support government programs focused on enterprise ServiceNow platform engineering services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal stability and scalability.

Qualifications

• Must have a Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph.
• Minimum of 16 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience of at least 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPM.
• Willingness to pursue ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow platform enhancements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Support production operations and incident resolution activities.
• Document system changes and testing results.
• Research and implement emerging technologies and platform capabilities.
