Job summary

Summit Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and deliver technical solutions within the ServiceNow environment for a government client. The role requires extensive enterprise-level ServiceNow development, ITSM knowledge, and the ability to create scalable, secure applications.

The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Washington, DC, with on-site work three days per week. Applicants must be eligible for a U.S.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of enterprise ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience administering, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Experience with CMDB/CSDM and Service Catalog/Portal functionality.
• Strong HTML, Angular, and JavaScript skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and release ServiceNow modules, workflows, and Service Catalog requests.
• Design and deliver technical solutions and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize Flow Designer, workflows, reporting, data imports, and integrations.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise services.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and alignment with CSDM; ensure CI data integrity.
• Collaborate with ITSM teams and stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
