Job summary

The United States Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Integrated Operations Center to support ServiceNow environments, with emphasis on CMDB and ITOM. The role collaborates with Platform and cybersecurity teams to ensure accurate data and timely user support.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years IT experience, strong ServiceNow skills, and familiarity with ITIL processes. The position offers a hybrid schedule with on-site expectations and security clearance

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of relevant work experience (GED).
• Three to six years of relevant work experience (Associates).
• One to three years of relevant work experience (Bachelor’s).
• One to two years of relevant work experience (Master’s).
• Experience with CMDB, ITOM, and Vulnerability Response is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of CMDB, Vulnerability Response, ITAM, and ITOM with emphasis on CMDB/ITOM.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve production requests, and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity to support Vulnerability Response in ServiceNow.
• Maintain documentation and develop support procedures.
