Job summary

Aqua IT is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer to support a hybrid cloud environment and multi-cloud strategy (AWS, Azure GCC-High, Google, Oracle) for secure, reliable operations. You will collaborate with DevSecOps and SME teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role requires 10+ years of related experience, a U.S. government security clearance (TS/SCI w/ CI Poly), and strong CI/CD, automation, and cloud architecture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related Software Development, ServiceNow or IT experience.
• Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly required.
• BA, MS or MBA in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, IT Systems, STEM, etc)
• Expertise with CI/CD, test automation and / or DevSecOps on iterative development projects.
• Solid ability to verify and validate ServiceNow and systems integrated with ServiceNow (end to end and regression)

Responsibilities

• Create, deploy and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure and related APIs for all customer applications in an AWS cloud-based environment.
• Create and maintain complex roles and permissions through ServiceNow to ensure customer data integrity and security.
• Utilize DevSecOps tools to include Foreman, GitLab, Selenium to deploy, upgrade, and maintain Tool changes.
• Architect and maintain IdAM, Active Directory, LDAP resources to work with ServiceNow.
• Work within complex modern cloud architectures.
• Create and update technical documentation (e.g., user guides, 'how to' guides, infrastructure diagrams).
• Prepare technical presentations for government and senior leadership.
• Develop/engineer as part of an Agile scrum team.
