Qualifications

• >8+ years in software engineering, with large-scale distributed systems experience.
• >Experience driving engineering best practices with automation.
• >Building back-end services and APIs with modern architectures.
• >Knowledge of data structures, asynchronous architectures and distributed algorithms.
• >Experience mentoring engineering teams and implementing deployment/observability strategies.

Responsibilities

• >Contribute to codebase: design, develop, test, and deploy scalable services.
• >Define long-term technical strategy for the ServiceNow platform.
• >Collaborate with product management to plan roadmaps and features.
• >Ensure high quality, secure, observable solutions and reviews of code/design.
