Job summary

Peraton seeks a ServiceNow Developer (Subject Matter Expert) to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions supporting mission-critical infrastructure. You will be the technical authority on the ServiceNow platform, driving automation, workflow development, and platform enhancements for mission operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BS/BA; higher degrees add value.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• CIS in one or more ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM).
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications (ITSM/ITOM/CSM).
• Serve as technical SME for architecture, scripting, and integrations.
• Develop integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and workflows.
• Lead platform upgrades, patches, and release management; perform testing.
