Job summary
Homecare Homebase seeks a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, update and maintain modular, reusable solutions on the ServiceNow platform supporting ITSM, CSM and related capabilities. The role partners with platform owners, admins and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, user-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate combines platform development experience with AI-assisted practices, leveraging ServiceNow AI, automation, and agentic AI to accelerate delivery and improve
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- ServiceNow System Administration certification or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL foundations and CMDB governance.
- Experience with scripting and automation on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub and ATF testing.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development practices and AI prompt engineering.
- Strong communication skills and ability to document clearly.
Responsibilities
- Align ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap.
- Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist with ServiceNow upgrades, action skipped changes, and create/run tests.
- Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.
