GA TECH is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead design, development, and support of enterprise ServiceNow applications. You will mentor peers, ensure governance, and collaborate with owners and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with priorities.

Local candidates strongly preferred, 100% remote work acceptable for the right fit. The role emphasizes upgrade-safe development, secure architectures, and adherence to platform standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years building and supporting custom applications using App Engine Studio.
• 3+ years working within Agile or sprint-based delivery models.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements across multiple environments.
• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications with a focus on stability, performance, and upgrade compatibility.
• Review and approve development work to ensure adherence to platform standards and security requirements.
• Support platform upgrades and resolve development‑related issues introduced by new releases.
• Contribute to platform documentation, architectural decisions, and operational runbooks.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and implementing long‑term corrective solutions.
• Participate in change review and release governance processes.
