Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop workflows, integrations, service catalog items, automation, and custom apps.
• Configure and support ITSM, Employee Center, Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, and other modules.
• Create and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and other integration technologies.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, and resolve defects throughout the lifecycle.
• Participate in technical design discussions and recommend best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor developers for maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, and application issues.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, and maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and user experience.
• Document technical designs and configurations for operations.
