Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join our Civilian Sector supporting FAA ISC. You will lead ServiceNow implementations, align with enterprise priorities, engage stakeholders, and drive timely IT services.

This role requires strong PMI-based project management and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. You will mature existing modules, promote interoperability across FAA systems, apply Agile SDLC, and ensure governance alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT with 7+ years in IT projects; PMI experience or equivalent.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations and project delivery.

SAIC is looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC). SAIC leads the way to provide customer-centric IT Service Management (ITSM) focused on improving service and leveraging processes and strategies with an emphasis on timely IT services and support.

Responsibilities:

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities, ensuring appropriate stakeholder engagement and operational integration.
• Mature and enhance functionality across previously implemented ServiceNow modules, driving improved workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience.
• Foster platform-wide interoperability through integrations with FAA systems and data repositories, promoting a unified system-of-record across AIT and enterprise stakeholders.
• Apply Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies to manage ServiceNow enhancements and implementations, ensuring iterative delivery, continuous stakeholder feedback, and alignment with evolving mission and operational priorities.
• Align all configurations and architectural decisions with the FAA’s digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Promote FAA business process reengineering and standardization to maximize business value from the Platform, improve service delivery efficiency, reducing technical debt and driving innovation.
• Provide all required documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts and training materials to support enterprise-scale operations and adoption.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology + 7 years of progressively more responsible experience in major IT software, hardware, or integration projects, including at least four years of Project Manager experience; Associates in IT and 14 years of related experience; OR High school and 15 years of related experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience managing projects utilizing the PMI framework.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust, citizenship required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• PMP Certification.
• ServiceNow certifications.
• Scrum Master/Agile experience.
• Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software.
• Master’s degree in information technology + ten years’ experience performing complex projects in IT software, hardware, or integration.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
