Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across IT service management and platform capabilities. You will build custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, and automation to deliver scalable platform improvements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years on ServiceNow, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional experience on ServiceNow.
• Experience in scripting, automation, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and related development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support ITSM and platform capabilities.
• Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable platform improvements.
• Support ServiceNow platform administration including incident resolution, problem analysis, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and maintain alignment with standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of ServiceNow releases and enhancements.
