Job summary

ScienceSoft is seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join a long-running ITOM project in a customer-facing role. You will work within an enterprise environment, delivering end-to-end ITOM solutions, including discovery, mapping, event management, and governance.

The role emphasizes hands-on platform development and technical leadership. The position requires independent work within large customer settings, with certifications in ServiceNow or a plan to obtain them in the near term.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Provisioning and Governance.
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience.
• Current ServiceNow certifications or intent to obtain certifications soon.
• Ability to work independently in an enterprise customer environment.
• Technical leadership capabilities.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions within the ITOM domain
• Participate in the full delivery lifecycle, including:
• Requirements analysis
• Configuration
• Development
• Testing
• Work as an embedded member of the customer-facing project team
• Prepare and maintain regular time and progress reports
• Contribute to workshops, demos, and proposal support activities
• Follow customer processes, tools, and delivery practices
• Provide monthly reporting on time spent and project progress

Required Skills (Must-Have):

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong practical experience with one or more ITOM modules:
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Cloud Provisioning and Governance
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience
• Current ServiceNow certifications or readiness to obtain certifications in the near term
• Ability to work independently within an enterprise customer environment
