Job summary

Arkenstone Defense is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (Remote, US) to design, build, and maintain platform solutions across security operations, compliance, and client service functions. You will own end-to-end development, from requirements and scripting to testing, deployment, and ongoing support in an environment demanding accuracy and auditability.

You will work on GRC, SecOps, and IRM modules to support FedRAMP and NIST 800-53, while also contributing to CSM workflows and custom app

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with scripting.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow workflows and related modules.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration methods.
• Excellent written communication for technical documentation.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics and UI Builder features.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom apps and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Extend GRC, SecOps, IRM to support FedRAMP and NIST 800-53.
• Configure SIR and CSM workflows for internal and client needs.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and flows.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and customer success stakeholders.
• Create design specs and change records for auditability.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management.
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues across the platform.
