Sii Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a remote client team, focusing on ServiceNow CSM, custom development, and platform improvements.

You will lead development, drive performance enhancements, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers in a fast‑moving environment. You will also monitor system performance and ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Strong command of ServiceNow development best practices and methodologies.
• Practical experience in custom development and system improvements.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
