Job summary

Alldus is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the continued development of a ServiceNow platform. This remote US role blends hands-on development with ownership of platform delivery, mentoring other developers, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript/HTML/CSS skills, and proven ability to design scalable workflows and integrations across CSM/FSO modules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development skills.
• 4+ years across modules such as CSM and/or FSO.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow development technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom development.
• Experience mentoring or leading other developers.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and governance.
• CSA and/or CAD certification preferred.
• US Citizenship or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role across the full ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, including design, development, deployment and optimization of scalable applications, workflows and integrations.
• Lead ServiceNow development and technical delivery across the platform.
• Design and develop scalable workflows, applications and integrations.

• Mentor other ServiceNow developers and conduct code reviews.
• Support deployments, upgrades and ongoing platform improvements.
