Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions. You will build custom apps, workflows, and integrations while working with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable platform improvements.

The role requires strong JavaScript skills, SN platform expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Up to 25% travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional experience with at least four years on ServiceNow development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge: modules, scripting, automation, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and related development tools.
• Ability to analyze requirements and deliver high‑quality implementations; travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and platform capabilities.
• Develop custom apps, workflows, integrations, UI components, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Support platform administration, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing releases.
