Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support enterprise IT service management and platform capabilities. You will create and optimize custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow environment.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of professional experience, including four years in hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and a collaborative mindset to work with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience, with at least four (4) years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience developing on the ServiceNow platform in a senior developer role.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules, scripting, automation, workflows, integrations, and platform configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and platform capabilities.
• Develop and enhance custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable platform improvements.
• Support ServiceNow administration activities including incident resolution and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities for ServiceNow releases.
