Job description

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite and flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week. The role will be 80% technical and 20% functional/coordination responsibilities.

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect to support enterprise ServiceNow initiatives in a complex multi vendor environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, solution architecture experience, platform governance knowledge, and the ability to resolve complex technical and integration issues. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with business teams, vendors, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow enterprise solutions
• Provide technical leadership in a multi vendor environment
• Support platform governance, upgrades, integrations, and operational stability
• Resolve complex platform, performance, and integration issuesWork with business and technical teams to provide scalable solutions
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards

Required Skills

Strong experience with:

• ServiceNow SPM / ITBM
• HRSD
• Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Flow Designer, workflows, scripting, and platform configuration
• Integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs
• ACLs, roles, approvals, and security model
• Reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics (preferred)

Experience
