Job summary

Chenega Corporation seeks a senior ServiceNow Developer (AI & Intelligent Automation Focus) in St. Louis, MO. You will architect and build enterprise ServiceNow solutions, driving AI-enabled automation, intelligent incident management, and predictive service monitoring across complex environments.

You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with enterprise security and governance while advancing platform innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development.
• 3+ years of experience in ITSM development.
• Experience in Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform, including scripts, rules, policies, and catalog items.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs.
• Develop AI-enabled automation workflows for predictive operations and automated incident response.
• Support AIOps integration, anomaly detection, and automated remediation workflows.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate ML services and analytics into ServiceNow workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure alignment with security and governance standards.
