You will guide a team, ensure governance and security compliance, and participate in Agile ceremonies to deliver scalable digital workflows and automated service capabilities. The role requires hands-on development, collaboration with architects and mission stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers while driving platform innovation

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Platform development.
• 3+ years of experience in ITSM development.
• Experience in Agile development practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform including client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, workflow automation, Flow Designer, Integration Hub spokes, Script Includes, catalog items, Service Portal widgets, UI pages, and event/alert rules.
