GDH is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to lead enterprise ServiceNow implementations and modernization efforts from our St. Louis, MO office.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with server-side and client-side ServiceNow development, workflow config, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience designing REST API integrations, web services, and webhooks for enterprise platforms.
• Ability to redesign solutions using standard ServiceNow functionality to reduce customization.
• Experience updating integrations and workflows in response to platform changes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Ansible or similar automation tools.
• Collaborates with centralized platform teams while delivering solutions independently.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, source control, testing, release management, and production support.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Follow platform standards, security policies, testing requirements, and release management practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow, scripting, automation, and integration issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for workflows, integrations, mappings, configurations, and support procedures.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, release activities, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with centralized platform teams while independently delivering technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, source control, testing, release management, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem‑solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant education and practical experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the location where the position is based.

Publishing Pay Range: $75.00 - $81.50 Hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on‑site.
