Job summary

VOLTO Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions onsite in Princeton, NJ. You will own integrations, automate workflows, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality platform changes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong experience with REST/SOAP/IntegrationHub, and a track record in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across workflows, forms, catalog items, automation, and integrations.
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub.
• Analyze upstream and downstream dependencies to avoid breaking changes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and stakeholders.

Location: Princeton, NJ (Need Local only)

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite – From Day 1

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across workflows, forms, catalog items, automation, and integrations..
• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer/Workflow Designer, custom applications, and custom tables.
• Build and support integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party platforms such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Analyze upstream and downstream dependencies to ensure changes do not negatively impact existing functionality or data.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement sustainable solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Support releases, hypercare, and post-production activities across ServiceNow environments.
• Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, security, performance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous platform improvement.
