We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on development experience across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, and CMDB. The ideal candidate must have deep platform customization expertise and proven integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Build advanced workflows using Flow Designer, Playbooks, Decision Tables
• Implement and manage integrations using MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs
• Work extensively on ITIL-aligned processes
• Maintain secure access using ACLs
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong ServiceNow development experience (not admin)
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes
