Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 12+ month contract in Charlotte, NC and Dallas, TX. This role requires hands-on ServiceNow engineering and strong IRM/GRC expertise, with CSA and CAD certifications preferred.

You will design, develop, and implement robust ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and governance in a large enterprise environment. 3 days hybrid on-site, W2 contract, pay range $55–60/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow engineering and development.
• Experience implementing and supporting IRM and GRC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow, IRM including Policy & Compliance
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations
• Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and patching ensuring stability and standards
• Troubleshoot incidents across ServiceNow GRC capabilities
• Ensure data integrity, reporting, and dashboards for risk visibility
• Contribute to governance, SDLC processes, and security controls
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and analysts
• Maintain documentation and operational procedures
